Adjust settings for Fasterfox Extension

Fasterfox has installed with settings that exceed RFC recommendations. RFC recommendations are a group of technical specifications that govern the Internet by making recommendations on how everything related to the Internet should behave. This long list of technical papers spell out all of the recommendations that allow all of the networks that compromise the Internet to communicate and is why you can read this page today no matter where you are in the world.

First, we need to learn how to access the Add-ons settings where the Extensions are list. To do this,

To access the options for extensions, Click on Tools, then Add-ons.

This will open the Add-Ons dialog where we can manage the Extensions.

Your Firefox may highlight a different extension, based on your installation or which settings you accessed last.

Once you click the Options button, you will be presented with the Fasterfox Options.

Change the setting from "Turbo Charged" to "Optimized" and click OK. This will return you to the Add-Ons Dialog so you can move on to the next extensions.

You can close the Add-Ons dialog by clicking the red X at the top right corner of the Add-Ons dialog.
